Montana CDC is a community development financial institution with expertise in the New Markets Tax Credit Program, a federal program providing subsidy financing to a wide variety of projects in low income communities. The minimum project size typically being $4 million or greater.  We have been actively engaged in utilizing tax credits for community development purposes since 2008.  We have projects across Montana in Missoula, Bozeman, Butte, Helena and Libby.  Montana CDC assists project sponsors in navigating the NMTC Program, obtaining the project subsidy, and deriving the maximum benefit from it.  With our working relationships in the NMTC industry,  we expedite the process for our clients and guide them to efficient and successful NMTC closings.
