| First Came Coco Then Came Rue |

October 2, 2006 Less than one year ago MCDC helped Alice Marquardt and Kim Richardson open COCO Atelier, a women's boutique located in downtown Missoula. As veterans of the downtown Missoula retail scene, Marquardt and Richardson had identified a gap in the market and developed a concept for an upscale women's clothing retail store to fill it. The immediate success of COCO Atelier prompted the duo within months to open the doors of their second store, Rue, selling shoes. MCDC was proud to contribute to the startup financing for COCO Atelier and was even more proud to see these successful businesswomen featured in Missoula's local newspaper.
