Evaluating a Business Idea
This one-hour class offers an overview of business ownership, and tells you how to work with MCDC to complete a business plan or obtain financing, either with MCDC or a local bank. Evaluating a Business Idea is offered on the first and third Wednesday of each month at MCDC's Missoula office, and also on the first and third Tuesday of the month in Hamilton.

FastTrac Training

FastTrac Training - Bitterroot area class to be held starting September 11, 2008

Join MCDC for FastTrac GrowthVentureTM, a comprehensive business training designed by the Kauffman Foundation that will put you in the driver's seat for growing your business. This course is designed for entrepreneurs who have experience running their businesses and want to learn ways to improve performance and plan for strategic growth. During the course you will learn practical skills to:

Starting Your Own Business

A five-week business plan class that covers all aspects of planning and managing a business. We'll present marketing, accounting and taxes, and how to secure financing. We work with the Missoula SCORE chapter to present this class at Missoula's Adult Education program. Each session is taught by an experienced local business person, so you'll expand your business network while you learn.
